Simulation two: Weakness. She is in a glass tank, it starts to fill with water, she just has to break the glass with her hands. It takes a while but she convinces herself that the glass is ice, it shatters.
Simulation three: Being out of control. She is placed in a roaring ocean, throwing her everywhere against jagged rocks. With a scream of frustration she climbs up on the rocks and takes off running.
Simulation four: Peter killing her. Peter and the other initiates carry torches, she is tied to a stake. They try to set her on fire, cook her alive! She forces rain to fall, saving her just in time.
Simulation five: Scarred man from aptitude test. She is back home in her bedroom, the man pounds on her window. She imagines her mirror as a sliding door. Hiding in the door, she finds a gun, she misses trying to shoot him and more pale mangled bodies bang on the door. The wall behind her is another door, she escapes.
Simulation six: The boy she likes wants to sleep with her. Tobias tries to kiss her, she nervously tries to pull away. She sternly tells him she won't.
Simulation seven: Shooting her family. Jeanine forces a gun in her hand while Tris' family stands before her. She tells her to shoot them in ten seconds or she will shoot Tris. No matter how much Tris' family urges her to, she won't do it. Jeanine shoots her.
At the end of the last simulation I didn't know what would happen to Tris if she died in the simulation, but nothing bad happened to her, she just escaped. All the simulations Tris found a way to realize that it was a simulation and get out quickly, this was clever, but Divergent of her. It scared me knowing that the leaders watched her every move, one of them had to have gotten suspicious!
"The urgency making my heart race depends on one thing, and one thing only: the threat to my life." -Tris
